Responsibilities:
The Prime Services Analyst reports to the Head of Asset Services and works across all domestic legal entities affiliated with Cantor Fitzgerald. Prime Services is responsible for providing high service level operational client support as well as supporting the business in project work and ad-hoc requests. The primary role will incorporate all aspects of Equity and Fixed Income Prime operational client service – covering trade handling, cash movements, fails management and client account queries.
- Main point of contact for client/administrator operational queries
- Trade handling across equity and fixed income PB, including trade capture, broker mapping and connectivity issue resolution with clients
- Management of client trade & cash activity, settlements, and reporting
- Completion of all daily processes and controls
- Driving initiatives to reduce manual processes.
- Helping to maintain a culture where processes, risks and controls are continually monitored, and potential risks are escalated on a timely basis

- Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills
- Interest or experience in financial services or brokerage back-office operations; someone who enjoys collaborating, problem solving, and understands basic accounting principles is desirable.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
